Genealogy Discovery Sessions

Would you, a friend or family member who is showing an interest in genealogy like to know more about what it's about? Garry Phillips runs information sessions to tell you all about it. The presentation runs both as an in-person on-demand (community groups, clubs, retirement villages etc.) plus as a twice monthly regular online schedule.

It is a 45 minute (plus questions) presentation on what can be expected from Family History researching. It is designed to inform and attract possible genealogists who may not be aware of what is involved, the research tools and support in place, and how to get the best results from their possible involvement. It includes examples of issues and results that can be achieved.

The online schedule is:

• First Tuesday of the month at 10am
• First Friday of the month at 7.30pm

The session is FREE to attend online, and registration is required.
