Introduction to Family History Courses
Currently we offer an Introductory Course for those new to family history. These take place either online or at the Family Research Centre in Panmure, Auckland, or another library.
Our Introductory Course is run by Garry Phillips from the Hibiscus Coast. This course has been very successful both as a classroom course run for several years (by the Hibiscus Coast Branch of NZSG), and more recently as an Online Course for students around NZ and as far as Australia. More than 150 students have completed so far, with excellent reviews!
If you’re a more experienced researcher, please pass on the course details to your friends, Branch members etc. or anyone who may be interested in fast-tracking their genealogy experience.
Course fees apply:
- NZSG Members - $45
- Public - $65
A full course overview and content outline can be requested.
