These forms and charts are copyright to the New Zealand Society of Genealogists Inc and are for your personal use, to use and complete with your family details. They are not to be sold or distributed to anyone.
The forms are in Adobe PDF Format (Portable Document Format) and can be printed out, or filled in and saved on your computer.
The single page Family Group Sheet or the double page Family Group Sheet is the basic chart for recording the details of a couple and their children.
The Pedigree Chart is a basic chart for recording parents, grandparents etc. for an individual. (Please do not use this form to submit entries to Pedigree Collection.)
The Relationship Chart will help you determine relationships between yourself and others in your family tree.
